Nancy Molina Named Employee of the Month of March 2019
The Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee Selection Committee named Nancy Molina
as the recipient of the Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee of the Month
Award for March 2019.
Nancy began her career at Cerritos College as a short-term temporary employee in Assessment Center in 2014, she was hired full time in 2016 as a Testing Technician in the Assessment Center.
Nancy was nominated for this award for her contribution in helping to implement the Self Report Tool on campus. When new legislature came into law in January 2018, the College began the process of implementing this tool that would significantly impact the assessment process. Nancy was part of a team that manually entered more than 1,000 student’s placement results into the PeopleSoft system for the Cerritos Complete program within a month. Nancy's "Can Do" attitude, along with her team, was instrumental in successfully entering the student data into PeopleSoft on schedule. Nancy, along with her colleagues, continues to streamline and improve the process so students may receive a speedy clearance and move on to registration.

We are proud that you are a Cerritos College employee and we commend you for your outstanding service and dedication," said Board President Carmen Avalos, as she presented the award to Nancy.
