Cerritos College Culinary Arts has been training students in the fields of Professional Baking & Pastry and Professional Chefs Training for over 40 years. Food is prepared and served by STUDENTS under the direction and supervision of our Chef Instructors. We are pleased to present this Catering Guide to assist your event catering needs. Cerritos College Culinary Arts offers banquet and catering services ON CAMPUS ONLY. Cerritos College Culinary Arts does NOT offer off-site catering. We are CLOSED on holidays and college breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring Break, Summer Break).
