The Falcon Room Restaurant
The Cerritos College Culinary Arts program is proud to be offering our students the opportunity to run and operate the best kept secret on campus! The Falcon Room Restaurant is the only table service restaurant at Cerritos College and it is open to the community, students, faculty and staff.
The normal operating hours for the Falcon Room Restaurant are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11 am - 12:45 pm, with the last seating at 12:30pm. (Hours are subject to change for special events and school holidays). The restaurant features a seated dining experience along with special seasonal menus and our coveted 5-course events hosted throughout the semester.
Reservations are recommended, however walk-ins are always welcome. To make a reservation, please contact us via email at culinaryarts@cerritos.edu. Please be sure to include the date, time and number of people in your party when making a reservation request. Thank you for supporting the education of our students!
