Students First Framework Retreat
More than 200 employees and students participated in developing our new Student First Framework at a retreat on March 1, 2024. The new Framework will replace our Educational Master Plan.
Participants discussed four identified levers: Equitable Access, Completion, Career and Transfer Success, and Institutional Health, and how to strategize and move these Levers to achieve our goal of graduating 50 percent of our students within five years by spring 2029.
The first draft of the Students First Framework will be finalized in early April based on the ideas brought up at the retreat. The plan will be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval in May 2024.
