Certificates

We offer two certificates of achievement for students like you if beginning with ESL/EMLS 180 is not the right starting point for you. First, review the guided placement recommendations to see where you want to begin. That will determine your certificate pathway. Make sure your counselors add this to your educational plan if you chose one of these pathways.

We recommend you take these classes in sequence, but IF YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN ESL 180/ EMLS 180, YOU MAY STILL TAKE ANY OF OUR OTHER COURSES WHENEVER YOU WANT TO BUILD YOUR ENGLISH SKILLS.

IF YOU ARE Interested IN ONE OF THESE CERTIFICATES, PLEASE MEET WITH YOUR COUNSELOR TO MAKE SURE THESE COURSES ARE PART OF YOUR EDUCATIONAL PLAN.
