Program Overview
Equal Representation in Construction Apprenticeship (ERiCA)
The ERiCA Grant is dedicated to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for women, non-binary individuals, and underserved populations to build lasting careers in the construction and building trades.
This grant provides essential support, including funding for childcare, outreach efforts, and community-building resources, ensuring that historically underrepresented groups have equitable access to these career pathways.
The ERiCA Grant is available through 2025 and is designed to support individuals pursuing the Field Ironwork Apprenticeship Program through the Continuing Education Division. If you are enrolled in the Field Ironwork Apprenticeship Program, you may qualify for this grant.
Please fill out the ERiCA Grant Applicant Interest Form, and one of our apprenticeship team members will connect with you.
