Faculty Salary Advancement – Educational Technology (EDT)
Cerritos College faculty may earn qualifying units toward salary column advancement through Educational Technology (EDT) coursework.
All EDT courses are eligible for advancement consideration with Academic Affairs pre-approval (maximum of 10 units per academic year). Official transcripts must be submitted to the Office of Human Resources before column advancement will be applied.

Required Steps
- Complete the Pre-Approval for Salary Advancement form.
- Apply to Cerritos College (if you are not a current applicant/student).
- Register for EDT courses through MyCerritos.
