EC Games kick off with opening ceremony
The Executive Council hosted a kick-off event for the 2025 EC Games. Cerritos College faculty, staff, and managers will be teaming up to compete in the first-ever EC games this semester through various activities and games. College's Advanced Transportation and Logistics Center featured in U.S. Department of Energy case study
California public school districts are incorporating electric school buses into their fleets, requiring trained technicians for maintenance. Cerritos College's Advanced Transportation and Logistics (ATL) program has partnered with The California Energy Commission (CEC) to create the Electric School Bus Training Program, offering six free courses for technicians statewide. This initiative focuses on school districts receiving CEC funding to replace diesel buses with ESBs, especially in low-income communities that are impacted by air pollution.
