Cerritos College was named the best value accounting associate degree school in California by Business Degree Central. Campus Community Embraces Difference and Builds Unity Through True Colors Live Show 

The Employee Development Committee brought True Colors Live Show to the campus community on May 14. True Colors is a tool that fosters an environment of understanding and collaboration. Nearly 100 campus members participated in the interactive session. Each color group identified their own strengths, values, and stressors, and explored other color groups' characteristics to best understand and work with them. Understanding this dynamic is powerful, as effective communication and collaboration among employees are crucial to the campus success.
