Natalie Gordon Named Employee of the Month of December 2021
The Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee Selection Committee named Natalie
Gordon as the recipient of the Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee of the
Month Award for December 2021.
Natalie began her career at Cerritos College with The Financial Aid Department in
June 2020. Natalie has re-imagined the outreach program in the Financial Aid Office.
Not only has she bridged a gap as a dedicated and informative liaison with the Cerritos
Complete program, but she has revamped the publications, social media, and outreach
efforts on behalf of the Financial Aid Office.
Natalie is friendly, student oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, and deserves recognition
for her hard work. She has done a great job and is a valued member of the Financial
Aid team.
Natalie, your dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the students and staff are exceptional. The administration, staff, and students appreciate your personal attributes and outstanding efforts.
