The Cerritos College Chapter of Psi Beta Inducts New National Honor Society Members
The Cerritos Psychology Club held its biannual induction for students into the Psi
Beta National Honor Society. Twelve students were inducted into the national honor
society based on their leadership, community service, research, and academic achievements.
Lifetime membership allows students to network, conduct and publish research, apply
for scholarships, attend professional conferences, and many more exciting opportunities.
The Psi Beta national honor society was founded in 1982 to recognize students with an interest in psychology earning a GPA of 3.25 and a B average in psychology courses. Psi Beta students attend and present at psychology conferences, continue to successfully transfer, and earn graduate degrees in psychology or psychology-related fields.
