Jan Senf named Employee of the Month of March 2023
The Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee Selection Committee named Jan Senf,
Administrative Secretary II in the Health Occupations Division, as the recipient of
the Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee of the Month Award for March 2023.
Jan Senf is a vital part of the Health Occupations Division; running the division would be difficult without her. From her institutional knowledge to her incredible work ethic and cheerful, friendly demeanor, Jan is always helpful, kind, and supportive of students, staff, and faculty, frequently going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that everyone has what they need to be successful. Everyone in the Health Occupations division and even across the campus knows that if you don't know how to do something at Cerritos College, you can ask Jan and she will likely know.
Jan is a leader among her peers, a great big-picture thinker, a detail-oriented planner, and a skilled auditor of processes and procedures. She is an outstanding forward-thinking problem solver who always has creative ideas for how to address challenging puzzles and develop solutions to difficult logistical issues that will meet the needs of everyone involved.
