Dylan Grkinich named Employee of the Month of January 2026
Dylan began his career at Cerritos College in October 2022 as a Research Analyst in
Institutional Effectiveness, Research, Planning, and Grants.
Dylan is a valued colleague who consistently demonstrates professionalism, collaboration,
and dedication to the college.
He is always willing to brainstorm ideas, resolve issues, and support others with
humor and humility. He produces high-quality work, has been recognized by members
of the Executive Council, and is relied upon as both a skilled analyst and a dependable
team member.
Beyond his regular duties, Dylan has shown exceptional commitment by advising and
leading the Esports Club under an extremely tight timeline. In just a few days, he
recruited students, purchased equipment, coordinated with IT, secured meeting space,
and registered Cerritos College for competition—ensuring students did not miss the
opportunity to participate. He continues to volunteer his time after hours and on
weekends to mentor students and recruit at local high schools.
