Senior Preview Day welcome rally

Campus welcomes future scholars at Senior Preview Day

Cerritos College held its 27th annual Senior Preview Day on April 17. More than 800 high school seniors and counselors from 32 schools in the greater Los Angeles area attended the one-day open house. The day kicked off with a welcome and fun raffle game by President Fierro, followed by a dance performance by the Dance Department students. Participants then joined 72 exhibit booths in Falcon Square, attended various workshops, including college readiness and educational planning, and took campus tours before enjoying a free Subway lunch. The event also featured improv performances by the Theatre Department’s GIPS improv troupe, and concluded with performances by Las Colibrí, an award-winning all-female mariachi band.
