COSMETOLOGY RULES AND REGULATIONS

STUDENT FORMS

NOTICE: Student forms will be available 7 a.m. on the schedule first day for each class. Please be sure to select the appropriate cohort.

Esthetician Program

• Esthetician (1st 9-weeks) for Cohort 5 and 6
• Esthetician (2nd 9-weeks) for Cohort 6 and 7

Cosmetology Program

• Cosmetology (1st 9-weeks) for Cohort 2 and 3
• Cosmetology (2nd 9-weeks) for Cohort 3 and 4

ONLINE DISCOVERY PRO

Students can view their program progress by logging into Online Discovery Pro.

1. Username - students will use the email exactly as entered in their mycerritos account to log in NOTE: system is case sensitive
2. Passwords - students will use their date of birth and the format is MMDDYYYY (example 01012001, do not enter "/" or "-")

HOW TO CHANGE MY MAJOR

Certificate and Degree types available: AA=AA degree, AB=AA Plan B, AC=AA Plan C and CT=Certificate
