Student Services Program Review
Student Services Program Reviews are used to evaluate and improve the programs and services that support the student success outside of the classroom. These reviews focus on student services to ensure they are effectively meeting the needs of students. Through this process, programs and services can reflect on their work, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and plan for future growth while staying aligned with the institution’s goals.
Program Review Purpose
The purpose of the Student Service Program Review is to enhance the quality and effectiveness of services provided to students through a meaningful, manageable, flexible, and collaborative self-study completed by service area members. The Student Service Program Review is the process in which we answer: How well are we doing what we said we were going to do?
