Complete the 2027-2028 Intent Form to Apply for Sabbatical Leave below that has been attached
Intent forms should be emailed to the chair of the Sabbatical Leave Committee: cbrown@cerritos.edu
Intents are due no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026, 4:30 p.m.
