Martha Moncada named Employee of the Month of November 2024

The Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee Selection Committee named Martha Moncada, in the Health Occupations Department, as the recipient of the Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee of the Month Award for November 2024. 

Martha has been at Cerritos College for over 17 years but has only been with the Health Occupations Division for nine months, and her positive impact is immeasurable. Martha takes the initiative to streamline processes and solve problems as they come up to ensure a smooth experience for students and faculty. Her work ethic is second to none, and she is always ready to help with any task or project. She treats everyone with the utmost kindness, respect, and courtesy, and she has a policy that if someone is talking to her, she wants to make sure they have a positive experience. She brings joy to our office through her sunny disposition, great sense of humor, and knack for decorating the office for every season! Martha has been a breath of fresh air in our division, and we feel so lucky to have her!
