Michelle has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership and hands-on dedication to student success at Cerritos College. By developing new procedures, guidelines, and streamlined processes, she has helped transform the Success Center into a more efficient and student-centered space. One of her standout contributions was the implementation of a step-by-step orientation guide that clarified the enrollment experience for first-time students.
Michelle’s presence is felt across the campus—from Welcome Day and Falcon Fest to Senior Preview Day—where her warm demeanor and tireless volunteerism help foster a welcoming, inclusive campus culture.
