Monique Rodriguez Named Employee of the Month of September 2020

The Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee Selection Committee named Monique Rodriguez as the recipient of the Outstanding Classified Employee of the Month Award for September 2020. 
 
Monique began her career at Cerritos College in March 2005 as the Intermediate Typist Clerk for the Counseling Department. Monique is an outstanding employee who gives her all to the students of Cerritos College. She performs above and beyond to assist those around her. She is professional and takes her responsibilities seriously. Monique is a team player who readily avails herself to those in need whether it is a colleague or a student. She has been known to share her food with hungry students but always has words of inspiration for them.
