Cerritos College named finalist twice for 2024 Excelencia Award

 Cerritos College has been honored twice as a finalist for the 2024 Examples of Excelencia award for its successful STEM and housing support programs. The national recognition awarded by Excelencia in Education highlights innovative programs with evidence-based practices that accelerate Latinx student success in higher education. Backup Utopia exhibition in Art Gallery

Cerritos College Art Gallery presents BackUp Utopia, a solo exhibition of new photo, print, video, and installation works by multimedia artist McLean Fahnestock from August 26 - October 11. The exhibition explores the representation of the American West as a paradise on earth through various artworks, including hand-manipulated scans, staged miniature prop photos, and videos.
