Public Relations and Communications Office scores NCMPR’s District Medallion Awards
The Public Relations and Communications Office won two third-place Medallion Awards
from the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR). This national
organization represents marketing and public relations professionals at community
and technical colleges. The team earned two bronze awards for the 2023 SOAR magazine in the magazine category and the Instagram Falcons in Flight story featuring Commencement Speaker Annie Gutierrez in the social media story category.
The Medallion Awards recognize outstanding achievement in design and communication at community and technical colleges in each of NCMPR's seven districts. Cerritos College belongs to District 6, which consists of Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Utah, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Territory of Guam.
