Non-Instructional Planning Cycle
Non-instructional departments and programs participate in a three-year Program Review and Planning cycle that guides managers and staff to reflect on past performance, analyze disaggregated user and service data, and establish goals for the upcoming cycle. The structured process provides a framework for continuous improvement and excellence.
During the first year, each department completes a comprehensive self-study and develops a three-year plan. In years two and three, departments provide annual updates on their progress and any changes to the plan. The Program Review process begins in the spring semester and typically concludes in the fall.
