NORWALK, Calif. – October 15, 2021 – In a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the Cerritos Community College District and the Cerritos College Faculty Federation (CCFF) reached an agreement on healthcare for the 2022 calendar year. The District and CCFF also agreed on a tentative agreement covering the 2023-24 calendar year for healthcare that will be signed by both parties in the coming week.

For the 2022 calendar year, the District will continue to fully cover all healthcare premiums for all plans. Full-time employees can maintain their current medical plans and avoid out-of-pocket expenses on healthcare premiums.

“We want to assure that both CCFF and the District are committed to providing Cerritos College employees and their families with medical plans that meet their needs,” said President/Superintendent Dr. Jose Fierro and CCFF President Dr. Lynn Wang, in a joint statement. “We appreciate the opportunity to engage in a more collaborative and trusting process that involves more constituent feedback and leads to a favorable outcome for all.”
