the March Employee of the Month.
Esthela began her career at Cerritos College in November 2020, working in the Institutional Effectiveness, Research, Planning, and Grants Department.
Esthela has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to our college’s mission. Her timely and thorough approach to institutional research has been instrumental in supporting our programs and ensuring their success. Her contributions go far beyond her regular job duties, as she actively collaborates with staff and faculty to make complex data accessible and actionable. One of her most commendable qualities is her responsiveness. She promptly addresses all communications and consistently makes time to meet and discuss data requests, even on short notice.
She is not only a reliable colleague but also an inspiring one. She continuously goes above and beyond to ensure that our institutional research efforts align with the college’s goals of student success and equity.
