Erik Duane named 2024 CSEA Member of the Year

Our very own Senior Technical Support Specialist Erik Duane was recognized as a 2024 Member of the Year by California School Employee Association (CSEA) on July 28. The annual award is one of CSEA’s highest honors presented to members for their commitment and dedication to the students of California, community involvement, and union activism. Erik’s motto is ‘overcome, adapt & improvise,’ instilled into his psyche during his time in the Marines. He is always willing to help anyone in need on campus and is someone members know they can depend on when times are tough to bring their spirits up and offer support. Congratulations, Erik! Chris Richardson to lead U20 Team USA Track and Field

The Director of track and field and cross country, Chris Richardson, has been appointed as the men's head coach for Team USA Track and Field at the World Athletics U20 Championships. Chris will play a crucial part in leading combined events in this role. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Team USATF staff, serving as the Thorpe Cup head coach, JR.
