**Wait times may vary depending on the time of day and number of counselors available. Counselors see students on a first-come, first served basis for both in-person and virtual students. When a maximum number of students is reached, the queue may stop earlier than the below times.

In-Person Services: Located in the Administration Building

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Wednesday - 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Friday - 8:00am-4:00pm

Phone Services

Our front desk is led by our Administrative Clerk II's and student hourly staff. They answer questions regarding the Counseling Department, appointment inquiries and other general questions. They are unable to advise on situations regarding education plans or class enrollment. 

  • Monday-Thursday 8:00-6:00pm
  • Friday 8:00-4:30pm 

 

*Students who need sign language interpreters or real time captioning in order to participate should submit a request to: email interpreter requests.

*All other requests for an accommodations should submit a request to: email accommodation requests.

Helpful Tips!
  • Please have your student ID ready.
    • If you are a prospective student, you will be asked for your birth date, an email address and current zip code. 
  • Have your college transcripts/AP Scores readily available.
