Anna Fischer named Employee of the Month of September 2024
The Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee Selection Committee named Anna Fischer,
instructional lab technician II - foreign languages, student success division, as
the recipient of the Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee of the Month Award
for September 2024.
Anna Fischer began her career at Cerritos College in 2002.
Anna continues the dedicated vision of the Success Center, which is to welcome and give to students. Her mornings are often full of orientations, during which she leads classes utilizing the Modern Language Lab. She brings a helpful attitude, influencing the Success Center staff to share her willingness to assist students in or outside her expertise. She's made great efforts to bridge communication between staff and be consistently present. Her presence and efforts make her an honorable Employee of the Month choice.
Above all, she does an exemplary job of making people feel heard. This is Anna’s second Employee of the Month award.
