Fall Scholarships:
Guadalupe Sanchez De Hernandez Scholarship
Established in memory of Guadalupe Sanchez De Hernandez, this scholarship is awarded each fall & spring to Teacher TRAC students who are non-native English speakers. Semester Award - $500

Cerritos College Retired Faculty Association (CCRFA) Teacher TRAC Scholarship
Established by the Cerritos College Retired Faculty Association, this scholarship is awarded to a student newly admitted into the Teacher TRAC program and is based on letter of application, overall GPA, financial need, and school and community involvement. Annual Award - $1,500

Esther Espinoza Teacher TRAC Scholarship:
Established by Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza and his Family, this Scholarship will be given to a student in the Cerritos College's Teacher TRAC program, enabling students to transfer to and graduate from Cal State Long Beach with their credentials within four years. Annual Award - $1,000
Eruditio Teacher TRAC Transfer Scholarship:
The Teacher TRAC endowment fund was created through the generous donation by Dr. and
Mrs. Kent Colbath. This year, with these funds, three $1000 Erudtio Scholarships will
be awarded. The meaning of Eruditio is reflected in the meaning of the award - teaching,
instruction, knowledge, and learning.
Annual Award - three $1000
Fred Gaskin Teacher TRAC Transfer Scholarship:
Established by former Cerritos College President, Dr. Fred Gaskin, this provides a scholarship each year to a student transferring from our Teacher Training Academy (Teacher TRAC) to the California University State, Long Beach teacher education program. Annual Award - $1,000
