Managers employees of the District are designated as “Management" by the Board in accordance with the California Educational Employment Relations Act (Government Code § 3540, et seq., “EERA,” see also Education Code § 87002(a)).

Management employees are considered “exempt” under the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 U.S. Code § 201, “FLSA”).
