The artwork that I make is a synchronization of African energy and identity that is channeled, developed, and expressed through visual means. Combining the advanced and ancient culture with practical modern technology in order to show the past, present, future all happening simultaneously. Finally, there is also a personal mission to make art for everyday people in the struggle.

Elijah Trent Condon Gaines holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from Cal State University Long Beach. Committed to his day job of printing t-shirt designs, which provides him with the tools to manifest artwork that embodies messages from his Ancestor.
