Browse the Permanent Collections

The Cerritos College Art Gallery has only been collecting art objects for a relatively short period of time. But already the gallery has accumulated well over 150 works by numerous contemporary artists, as well as Cerritos College faculty and students. Everything currently in the Cerritos College Art Gallery's Permanent Collection, including the special Dr. Robert Summers Queer Art Collection and the Grindel Ancient Near Eastern Artifacts Collection, have been provided by donation from the artists and/or collectors of said artworks.

Some of the notable artists represented in the collection include Kim Abeles, Marsia Alexander-Clarke, Laura Aguilar, Richard Basil Mock, Lisa Bloomfield, Nancy Buchanon, William Camargo, Enrique Castrejon, Beatriz Cortez, Phung Huynh, Virginia Katz, Tarrah Krajnak, Young Joon Kwak, Christina McPhee, Christopher Russell, José Guadalupe Sánchez III, elin o'Hara slavick, Christian Tedeschi, Philip Trager, and Mario Ybarra, Jr.

We are currently working on documenting all of our holdings and will hopefully have a fully searchable and browsable database of these wonderful artworks online shortly. Thank you for your patience.
