Taste & Experience Korea Event a Success
Cerritos College’s Taste & Experience Korea event brought together more than 400 people,
including the community, local high schools, businesses and College staff and students
on March 23.
The event began with a documentary film about Korean art, presented by the Korean Spirit & Cultural Promotion Project group from the East Coast. A variety of performances, including Korean musical instruments, folk, cultural, and K-POP dances, traditional songs, and martial arts that fascinated the audience.
Participants also enjoyed free Korean food and prizes generously donated by local
businesses. The event featured booths showcasing Korean art, costumes, history and photo booth.
