Woodworking Invites All to Student Show; Root Beer Float, Lunch, Raffles, and More
WHAT: Woodworking Manufacturing Technology is hosting the 2017 Woodworking Celebration
Student Show on Saturday, May 20. The event showcases student projects in the Woodworking
Manufacturing Technology Building, and the World Wood Day exhibition will highlight
wood as an eco-friendly and renewable biomaterial in the new Fine Arts Gallery. There
will be a gallery preview on Friday, May 19.
Friday, May 19, 1 – 4 p.m.: Preview for the campus community with a root beer float and raffles.
Saturday, May 20, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Public is welcome to enjoy student woodworking projects with raffles, free taco lunch, and potluck dessert. Bring a dessert to share!
