Outgoing Student Trustee Karen Patron Honored
The Cerritos College Board of Trustees presented outgoing student trustee Karen Patron with
a certificate honoring her outstanding service to the board and on behalf of students.
In addition to balancing her duties as a student, Karen has served as Student Trustee for the past year with confidence and discipline. She has championed the role of student trustee on campus and beyond, and the College is grateful for her active role in leading the campus and in representing the students of Cerritos College. Karen will serve as the President of the Associated Students of Cerritos College beginning June.
"Thank you, Karen, for all the genuine effort that you have made into being a member of the Board of Trustees," said Board President Zurich Lewis as he presented Karen with the certificate. “We're looking forward to working with you in another venture of collaborative effort."
