Cerritos College Students Receive Accounting Association Scholarship
Cerritos College accounting students Thuy Nguyen and Jaclynn Trusdall recently received
a scholarship from CalCPA Education Foundation’s Orange County/Long Beach Chapter.
Each student was awarded $1,000.
Thuy and Jaclynn were nominated by their accounting professor Michael Farina as outstanding representatives of Cerritos College's Accounting program. Mark Fronke, accounting professor, was present to honor the scholarship recipients.
The OC/LB Chapter of CalCPA provides scholarships for collegiate, university and master’s program students who are interested in accounting and want to become certified public accountant.
