Orientation Information
Programs that will be going through the Instructional Program Review Cycle are invited to participate in the orientation process to learn about the IPR process, phases of the program self-report, and how to prepare for their visitation date appointment.
Orientation information
Programs that are due for review in the 2026-2027 academic year cycle participate in a REFRESHER orientation on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 11am via Zoom. Registration for the orientation was made available through the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTX) via Corner Stone.
Zoom meeting information is sent to department members once they have registered for the event. Flex Credit is given to faculty representatives participating in the orientation.
2026-2027 Orientation
The objective of the orientation was to walk department faculty through the IPR process, the newly revised comprehensive review template, and a quick tutorial on how to access department data via the Office of IERPG data dashboards.

IPR - Comprehensive Report Template
The six-year Instructional Program Review comprehensive review report is now available as a Word template. The template was revised by the IPR committee in 2025 and approved for use by the Cerritos College Faculty Senate on January 27, 2026.
Goals and Resource Request Worksheet
Programs undergoing the Instructional Program Review process should submit their program goals and resources requests through the excel worksheet. Programs are able to review the Instructional Program Goals 101 presentation for additional support.
