All instructional course packets, manuals, and books must be ordered through the bookstore prior to processing by Publications. Students are required to purchase their packets via Follett. Alternatively, payment may be made directly for print jobs—please consult our price list.

For copyrighted materials intended for direct payment, written permission from the publisher must be obtained before photocopying chapters for use.

Walk-up service provides immediate duplication (on 20 lb. white paper, 8.5x11) for jobs under 400 copies. Please review walk-up service guidelines here.

During peak periods at the beginning of Fall and Spring terms, walk-up service may be temporarily suspended to complete course packets and pending jobs.

Occasional closures may occur during posted hours due to lunch breaks, illness, vacation, meetings, or conferences; however, every effort is made to arrange backup coverage.

We strictly adhere to copyright restrictions. If submitting copyrighted material that exceeds academic guidelines, include reprint permission with your order. Staff are available to answer questions regarding copyright compliance.
Requirements for copyrighted materials:
- Newspaper or magazine items must indicate the publication name and date on the original.
- Cartoons cannot be duplicated without authorization from the copyright syndicate.
- Book materials, including instructor’s manuals, must note the publisher and copyright date on the original.
- Internet-sourced materials require the web address on the original.

Copyrighted materials are permitted for single-term use only. Repeat orders for subsequent terms are not allowed. Orders lacking required information will be held until proper documentation is provided.
