Alumni Spotlight - Alejandro "Alex" Patino

 Actor Alejandro Patino

Alejandro"Alex" Patino is a Theatre Major graduate from  Cerritos College and is a seasoned actor who has developed a name and reputation for himself in Hollywood. He has over fifty-five professional acting roles spanning twenty-one years.

Alejandro most recently starred along-side Matt Bomer in the 2019 comedy Papi Chulo. He has the face of every man and can easily morph from a Sheriff in Snoops (episode 1)  to Tanker Driver in the The Fast and the Furious (2009). Some of his professional credits include parts in Superstore, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Weeds, Desperate Housewives, Medium, Criminal Minds, Las Vegas and Arrested Development. From 2013 to 2014, Patino co-starred as Cesar on the FX series The Bridge.

Alejandro has been seen on the Cerritos College stage in Macbeth (2000), Blood Wedding (1997), A Chorus Line (1994), Pippin (1993), Coming Attractions (n/a), Diamond Studs (1980),  Jesus Christ Superstar (1983), Mass  (1980), and Working (1981).
