AIME Overview

The AIME Program is designed to assist students in successfully completing their math, English, and/or ESL courses. Our goal is to help students pass their classes on their first attempt so that they can continue to pursue their educational goals.

In a structured yet supportive environment, AIME helps to develop in students the habits and behaviors necessary for college success.

What makes AIME students successful?

  • Successful students ask for help.
    • AIME students have tutors available while studying so that they can get their questions answered right away.
  • Successful students link up with their classmates.
    • AIME students study in small groups and help each other with their homework or receive small group tutoring.
  • Successful students check-in with their professors.
    • AIME students complete two Work-in-Progress checks each semester to find out how they are doing in their classes and connect with their professors.
