Promote Your Program to Nearly 2,000 High School Seniors and Counselors!
Campus departments are invited to host a booth for Senior Preview Day scheduled on Friday, April 29, 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Senior Preview Day is an open house and a lively exhibit fair where students will have time to stop at each booth to obtain information, inquire about programs, see a demonstration, and/or participate in an activity.
“This year, we expect to host up to unprecedented 2,000 attendees,” said Shirley Arceo, school relations coordinator that orchestrates the annual event. “In order to serve all attendees, we are extending the day to 2:00 p.m. this year.”
Booth Exhibit Fair: 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (set up at 8:30 a.m.)
Consider recruiting students and promoting your department by hosting a booth! You may also offer sign-ups for presentations and/or tours at your booth, but we ask that you coordinate this with your department. Every booth volunteer will be provided with TWO FREE lunch vouchers and a canopy, to keep you sustained and away from the sun. The form is due on Friday, April 15.
