Promote Your Program to Over 1,000 High School Seniors and Counselors!
Campus departments are invited to host a booth for Senior Preview Day scheduled on Friday, April 7, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Senior Preview Day is an open house and a lively exhibit fair where local high school seniors and counselors have an up-close view of campus programs, see demonstrations, and participate in college culture.
“We expect to host 1,100 attendees,” said Shirley Arceo, school relations coordinator that orchestrates the annual event.
Booth Exhibit Fair: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (set up at 8:30 a.m.)
Consider recruiting students and promoting your department by hosting a booth! You may also offer sign-ups for presentations and/or tours at your booth, but we ask that you coordinate this with your department. Every booth volunteer will be provided with one FREE lunch voucher, department sign, plastic table skirt, and a canopy. The form is due on Friday, March 24. Brochures and Giveaway Request
In addition, there’s an opportunity to donate one or more of the following:
1. 1,100 brochures or handouts that highlight your department, which will be inserted into the event folders for all attendees.
2. 100 promotional items for high school counselors.
Handouts and promotional items are due Thursday, March 23. Please have these delivered to School Relations, back of the Game Room, or for pick up arrangements, please call Christine at Ext. 2130 or by email at csoneriu@cerritos.edu.
