Veterans Week Honors Service Men and Women

The Veteran’s Resource Center held a week-long celebration to honor military service men and women on November 5 – 8. The festivities began with the Veterans Resource Center (VRC) Open House. President's Fall Speaker Series Three Features Financial Planning

Nazih Yehya, Falcon alumnus, Cerritos College Foundation board member, and financial advisor, led the third session of the President’s Fall Speaker Series. The workshop featured tips on financial goal setting, short- and long-term money strategies, and insight into savings options through the College. The next installment of the Fall Speaker Series: A Falcon’s Guide to Success is November 30. RSVP online.

International education week

International Education Week Kicks off

The fifth annual International Education Week kicked off today with a keynote address by Dr. Kelechi A. Kalu, Vice Provost for International Affairs, UC Riverside. The festivities feature events that bring awareness to global issues, provide education on various cultures and traditions, festivities, dance, music, and food. Turkey Trot

The Annual Turkey Trot on November 16

Join the annual Turkey Trot to raise funds and food for the Norwalk food pantry. 
Race Fee: at least one canned food item or $1.00
Course: 1.5 miles around campus, water will be available 
First Place Awards: Female Student, Male Student, Female Employee, and Male Employee
