BE-STELLAR Cohort 2 Finale
The BE-STELLAR internship program is a partnership that involves Cerritos College the Columbia Memorial Space Center, and Cerritos College students. Cohort 2 was selected out of many applicants to participate in this experience. The internship lasted 26 weeks. At the end of the internship we have come together to reflect and celebrate their accomplishments.
We had lunch outside together and discussed how much fun and insightful this experience has been. A special thank you to our mentors that showed up professors Tor Lacy a (Geology) and Alejandra Calderon (Mathematics), and an special thank you to Jim Kisel our program researcher from California State Long Beach.
