Veterans Week Honors Service Men and Women
The Veteran’s Resource Center held a week-long celebration to honor military service
men and women on November 4 - 7. The festivities began with the Veterans Resource
Center (VRC) Open House. The VRC showcased its services and provided lunch and giveaways.
Students played corn hole and tug-of-war on Tuesday.
Chiropractic services and therapy dogs offered refreshing and relaxing time on Wednesday.
The Cosmetology Department also provided free hair services to student veterans.
The Veterans Day Ceremony on Thursday featured alumnus speaker Brandon Childers and Administration of Justice Instructor Ruben R. Gomez served as speakers sharing their service experiences.
