Kelly Kwan named Employee of the Month of November 2022
The Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee Selection Committee named Kelly Kwan
as the recipient of the Outstanding Classified/Confidential Employee of the Month
Award for November 2022.
Kelly began his employment with the district in the Public Affairs Department on May 1, 2001.
Kelly continues to raise the bar for our graphic designs at Cerritos College. He is creative and always willing to incorporate feedback into the design process. Since our full return to campus, Kelly has probably been busier than ever producing high-quality banners, flyers, logos, publications, mailers, and much more for our campus. As our reputation grows throughout the community, we recognize that Kelly is a very important element in making our college look good. Kelly always seems available at a moment's notice and always works with us to ensure the final product is exactly what we want. Not only that, he takes photos at many of our events and captures memorable moments of our students, too. Since June, Kelly has created all the promotional materials for the Performing Arts Center Grand Opening, Convocation, State of the College, Metro GoPass, and community outreach efforts--and this is just for our office! We appreciate how he balances a lot of work across campus while still managing to make us feel like we are his only "customer." His commitment to service excellence is a great example for us all.
Kelly, your dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the students and staff are exceptional. The administration, staff, and students appreciate your attributes and outstanding efforts.
