Criteria:

1. The composition of a team would be two or more classified or/and confidential employees
2. Each Team Member must be a classified or confidential employee, to be verified by the Staff Development Assistant (SDA).
3. For a Team to be considered all the Team Members must have performed their duties with excellence and made a positive contribution to the Cerritos College campus community.
4. Contribution may be made to any or all of the following: The College, community, the students, or fellow staff members.

The Employee Selections Committee will review all nominations and the winning Team will be acknowledged by the Board of Trustees.
