THE 68TH ANNUAL COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
WILL BE HELD ON
FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2026 IN FALCON STADIUM

Faculty please arrive between 4-4:30 PM.

  Faculty lineup will begin on the Field House Lawn at 4:30 PM, thirty minutes prior to the start of the procession.
The procession will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Important Commencement-Related Dates & Deadlines: 

  • Tuesday, March 31– last day for faculty to submit regalia orders – see below
  • Friday, May 1 – deadline for faculty to RSVP to Commencement.
  • Friday, May 22– Commencement day!

COMMENCEMENT DAY DETAILS for faculty:

Faculty arrive between 4-4:30pm, at least 30 minutes before the ceremony.  Line-up will start at 4:30pm

  • Faculty participants should arrive dressed in appropriate academic regalia. 
  • Faculty should wear their academic regalia to be identified by security staff (not a lost parent/guest) and allowed entrance.
  • Please do not carry purses, bags, cameras, laptops, iPads, books, magazines, newspapers or other paraphernalia in the procession or after the ceremony begins. 

  • Do not bring valuables to the ceremony. There is no secure storage space available.
  • Please silence all cell phones.
  • Procession organizers will provide additional instructions that day, lead the procession, and assist with seating.
  • Please allow the organizers to provide direction to the correct row in the faculty seating area.

In the event of any Commencement ceremony changes, Dr. Elizabeth Miller, Dean of Student Services, will contact Faculty via email.

Faculty REGALIA:

Please review the order form, which includes the rental and purchase pricing at the bottom of the form. Any orders received after the deadline may incur a late fee from Jostens and cannot be guaranteed in time for graduation. All purchased regalia orders are nonrefundable after picked up.

Rented regalia can be returned to the bookstore on the Tuesday after graduation (May 26, 2026), and no later than one week after.

If you are interested in purchasing the fine quality regalia from Jostens, you may do so online.  Please order by March 31 to ensure your order arrives in time for Commencement.

Faculty will be notified when their order is ready.

Payments will be made at the time of pick-up. Rented regalia can be returned to the bookstore on the Tuesday following graduation and no later than one week after.
