Graduation Cap Decoration Contest

Congratulations to the winners for 2021!

Contest Winners

 

  • Decorate a graduation cap, submit your image to be considered for a cash award. 
  • First ($100), Second ($75), and Third Prizes ($50) will be awarded for the following categories:
    • Funniest
    • Representation of major/certificate program(s) and/or school spirit
    • Dedication to family/friends, or educational journey
  • Use a traditional graduation cap (available for purchase from the Bookstore for $6, can add $7 for tassel).
  • Decorate a poster/cardboard/etc. square the size of a cap top (9 ¼" x 9 ¼”). 
  • Create a digital “cap” using the same dimensions (9 ¼" x 9 ¼”).

 

  • Must submit by the deadline May 10  at 8 AM via FalconSync. 
  • Files must be in the correct format: .jpeg or .pdf. 
  • Decoration must adhere to Standards of Student Conduct. 
  • Must be a graduating student for Summer 2020, Fall 2020, or Spring 2021.

 

  • Winners will be announced on May 27 and will be contacted on May 21 to complete necessary forms to receive the cash award.
  • Judges will review submissions from May 14 through May 20.
