Cerritos College Students Receive Paralegal Association Scholarship

Luis Davila and Anthony Craddock with the awardCerritos College paralegal students Anthony Craddock and Luis Davila recently received a scholarship from the Orange County Paralegal Association (OCPA).

Anthony and Luis were nominated by their instructors as outstanding representatives of the College’s ABA approved Paralegal Program. Anthony is looking into becoming a Certified Paralegal (CP) at the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Anthony attended the National NALA Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona in summer 2019. He maintains a 4.0 GPA. 

Luis maintains a 4.0 GPA and hopes to seek a legal position with a government agency or courthouse. Luis is going to be clerking for Judge Daniel Murphy in Downtown L.A. in spring 2020.
